Reservations & Payment

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes — a refundable security deposit is required when you reserve equipment. It secures your booking and protects against damage.

When is payment due?
The security deposit is paid upfront at checkout. The final rental payment is processed after the equipment is returned and inspected, once any adjustments or additional charges are finalized. We’ll send you an invoice for the total amount.

Pickup & Returns

What if I’m late returning equipment?
Late returns may result in additional charges. If something comes up, just let us know — we’re flexible when people communicate.

Equipment Care

Do I need to refuel the equipment?
Yes — please return it with the correct fuel, fresh and clean. Using the wrong fuel or neglecting fuel care can cause serious damage.

Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it?
Yes — equipment must be returned reasonably clean. A $50 cleaning fee (or actual cost, whichever is higher) may apply if returned dirty.

Other Questions

Do you require insurance?
No separate insurance policy is required, but renters are responsible for safe use, transportation, and storage of equipment.

Can I let someone else use the equipment?
No — only the renter who signed the agreement is permitted to operate or transport the equipment.

Do you offer other services besides rentals?
Yes! As we grow, we’ll be adding services like snow plowing and more. Keep an eye out or ask us directly.
